For instance, as U.S. unskilled workers do not have guaranteed shift preferences, employers are not obligated to accommodate scheduling requests from EB-3 unskilled workers.<\/li>\n<li>Employers must maintain a workplace that is free from recognized serious hazards and adhere to regulations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).<\/li>\n<li>Employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.<\/li>\n<li>Employers must compensate EB-3 unskilled workers with wages at least equal to the rates specified in the Labor Certification.<\/li>\n<li>Employers must furnish workers with paystubs that document hours worked and payment amounts.<\/li>\n<li>Employers typically engage workers on an &#8220;at-will&#8221; basis, signifying that employers reserve the right to terminate employment at any time and for any reason, including insubordination, subpar performance, and\/or refusal to work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nh\u00e0 tuy\u1ec3n d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed1i x\u1eed v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng EB-3 kh\u00f4ng chuy\u00ean nghi\u1ec7p (unskilled) t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 nh\u01b0 c\u00e1ch h\u1ecd \u0111\u1ed1i x\u1eed v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng Hoa K\u1ef3.
